Wonderful

Great breakfast, spacious room, big bathroom with 2 sinks, close to the beach, very good breakfast, pool area was large, ping-pong tables were very nice. Entertainment for the kids. Perfect for families with kids.

Good location, convenient for families.

We liked the location, kind staff, swimming pool and the breakfast.

Very uncomfortable sofa for sleeping. The floor was quite dirty when we arrived and it was washed after one week of our stay.

Great location, helpfull staff, nice sauna and swimming pool. The apartment was spacious and clean.

Kitchen is really basic. Some extra bowls, cleaning products and basics like salt and pepper, oil would be appreciated.

Nice hotel in good location.

Spacious apartment, nice touches like sponge cleaner, washing liquid and tea towel. Hotel was clean and tidy in all areas. Pool area was large and plenty of sun loungers.

Food was ok, not great deal variety. Bike storage facility was very poor. Access was cumbersome (get key at reception, go get bike, bring back key... no internal access, had to walk round side of building). Definite room for improvement

Would repeat this place for sure

It was really close to an excellent beach - 5 minutes walking. Also the pool was totally kids friendly and the parks in the hotel were great for kids. It’s a really family type hotel, perfect for families with small kids

There was music (we could hear it in the room) until almost 11pm which made it a bit uncomfortable since we go to bed early

Family-friendly hotel in Alcudia

I recently returned from a delightful stay at the Grupotel Port D'Alcudia in Mallorca, and I can't recommend it enough! The hotel, while not brand new, is exceptionally well-maintained. The common areas and rooms were kept clean and tidy, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the stay. The facilities, including the pool area, were perfect for relaxation. One of the standout features of my experience was the friendly staff. The team went above and beyond to ensure guests felt comfortable. The breakfast was another highlight - an extensive and delicious spread with a variety of options to suit all tastes. The location is also fantastic, with plenty of supermarkets, cafes, and bars nearby. This made it easy to explore local dining options or grab essentials without any hassle. Lastly, the hotel’s proximity to the beach line is unbeatable. Just a short walk away, I enjoyed easy access to beautiful sandy shores, ideal for relaxing or enjoying water activities. Overall, my experience at Grupotel Port D'Alcudia was wonderful, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Mallorca!

Nice hotel overall, did not impressed me but also was not bad. Ok for a short stay - staff was friendly!

Outdoor swimming pool and ping-pong tables were very nice. Also small park for children activities.

Something in my bed (either the mattress, sheets or bed cover had a spot that smelled like pee… the breakfast was very good overall but was disappointed with the omelettes - I had to pick up ingredients myself from the other stations (so for example the ham and cheese had to be in slices) and then I got back a mixture between omelette and scrambled eggs with extra ingredients.

A very nice hotel, the value for money is very good

Close to the beach, a very wide beach with white sand and turquoise water. It's a clean hotel, generous spaces, overall very good atmosphere. Very hospitable staff. Jose is a wonderful man, close to customers and knows how to create a pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant. A plus for the hotel is the fact that they offer juices and water at dinner, even coffee for those who want it. At other hotels, for half board, they are paid. Although I had read that in Alcudia you can be bothered by mosquitoes, the area is safe, there were no mosquitoes at all.

The towels are quite dated, also the bed linen... should be invested in this.

The staff was friendly, good location for this price. Beds were very very uncomfortable . After the cleaning team you have to clean yourself mirrors if you want to see reflection in the mirror, the same was with balcony doors glass
