Nice hotel for a cheap family break

Lovely big hotel. Rooms were nice and pool was lovely but absolutely freezing. Nice area to sit out by the pool. As we went in October half term the weather was a bit up and down. So the kids ended up using the indoor heated pool more. Little shop right opposite the entrance and just a few steps away from the bus stop which brings you directly from the airport which was great.

Not much to not like. It’s not a luxury hotel but perfect for a short family break (would have been even better in the warmth I’m sure).

We had a pleasant trip with friends, 3 families. Safe for the children, facilities were as expected.

Location. Ease of access from the airport bus. Pool, pool area, indoor pool facility. The hosts were able to put our 3 rooms beside one another.

The beds were quite hard. Mattress protectors quite worn. Booking was for 3 people and we arrived late at night, the sofa bed for the 3rd person was not made up and ready for us.

Very Good

The hotel is in great location, within walking distance to shops and beach, the hotel is clean, the sofa bed is very comfortable, the staff is very helpful, the only downsize is the ping pong table right under our room, families were using it from 8 am, not the hotel fault but it was loud, the housekeeper ladies were cleaning rooms from 8 am too so not really great when you want to have lay in. Overall very good hotel, pool good size.

Good value for money

The hotel was very good and clean.The pools were very good , plenty of space, we always were able to find sunbeds when we needed them. Nice mini water park area for the younger children.The reastaurant wasn't too crowded and the food was really good by choices and quality.We were half board .The staff in the restaurant was hard working and very friendly. The tennis tables were very popular .The location is very good as there is a bus stop nearby, supermarkets as Lidl and Eroski, pharmacy, the waterpark is 10 min walking away as well.The beach is 5-7 min walking.

We arrived 1-2h earlier and when our apartment was ready I felt that the cleaning was rushed a lot as the bathroom bin wasn't emptied and the ashtray on the balcony left in the plants on the side full.The entertainment wasn't so goid but every evening there was some .The kitchennet is very basic and not much in it.

Perfect for families

The staff were great. The location is really good, 8 minutes walking from the beach and with a supermarket (for the basics) across the road. The breakfast was diverse and good. There was music at night that was funny for kids. It is a family environment.

For dinner I would prefer to have some soups, and another variety of food.

We had a lovely time for a few days but then a family with 2 small babies were put in next door to us and got the last 3 mornings of our stay we were awake from 5.30 in the morning from the noise next door , it was really frustrating because we were looking forward to a relaxing week which we had until the family was put in next to us

A lovely hotel in a quiet, convenient ion with good facilities where staff are friendly and helpful.

Quiet location yet within easy reach of the beach and port. Staff very helpful particularly reception and lifeguard. Pool area good with a nice bar and clean toilets. The room is spacious and balcony really large.

The beds and pillows are very hard and uncomfortable. This is such a shame as the hotel is excellent in all other respects.

Had to leave early due to a family emergency at home. The lady at the reception desk was so helpful and booked a taxi to the airport for me, and I was extremely grateful for this.

Very recommended! Excellent

Absolutely amazing staff! So friendly and looking after you properly. Great location few min walk to the beautiful beach, 15min walk to port. Just perfect!

I would say that cleaning needed little improvement. It felt like floors had more hairs on after the clean.

Great stay

Friendly staff. Great room very confortable. Great value. Good location.

There was no dishsoap or any kind of sponge to help with clean the dishes. That would have been a nice touch.

Honest recommendation!

- Room was like a small apartment with wonderful balcony - Cleaning of the rooms was done every day - Stuff was amazing especially in the restaurant - Breakfast - a choise for everyone (eggs, crepes, churos, sausages, vegetables, tuna, salmon, fruits, sweet small cakes etc.) - We were not participating, but each night there was some small concert in the bar and different pool activities during the day for both kids and adults.

Only a suggestion for badsheets to be changed once during 7 nights of stay

-Location -Cleanliness -Staff very friendly -Breakfast was good

-The room a bit outdated -Two single beds connected, so you feel the gap + mattress too hard -You need strenght to use the soap dispensar located in the shower:) -weak wifi signal -Should be more than two coffee makers in the breakfast área, every day was a queue to get coffee and hot water for tea should be in some thermos not just in the coffee maker -
